  Two Handed Backhand
Quick Fix for Two Handed Backhand: If you have two handed backhand, ask the following question. Which hand does the swing for me? Is it the dominant hand or the non dominant hand? The correct answer is the non dominant hand. So, if you are right handed, your left hand does the swing for you and your right hand controls and helps to stabilize the racket. A great exercise to improve your two handed backhand is to actually practicing to hit a left handed forehand. Once you get the hang of it, you can now hold the racket with two hands. This time, only place your first three fingers of your right hand lightly on the grip and have the left hand hold the racket. Repeat the left handed forehand exercise with this grip configuration. By having the three fingers of the right hand lightly on the grip, you will get much better support. Eventually you will hold the racket with both hands on the grip, but always remember, the left hand does the swing for you.
